Mixed media play and studio tour

Are you interested in exploring a professional artist studio and having a go at a selection on media? This casual but information packed workshop is for you!

Studio tour - 30 mins

Sit down with a hot drink and explore the studio. Samantha will take you through her current works, how they are produced and new works in the making. A great time to ask about commissions, studio set ups for the keen new artist. Works are available to buy on the day if you see something that catches your eye.

Media play time - 60mins

On offer to play with and explore are several artist quality materials including linocut, pastels, acrylic painting and other mixed media techniques. You're welcome to try them all or pick on or two and create a small, finished work under the guidance of Samantha. This is a great time to talk about brands and the best place to buy them if you are interested in continuing!

The day includes tea and coffee and use of the cozy studio, with Samantha to help you with any questions you might have. Up to 8 people per session.

Make a weekend out of it and stay in Ballarat or Geelong and visit the award-winning local wineries that offer delicious lunches also. (Lethbridge Wines, Austin Wines and Clyde Park)
